How to Obtain or Renew a License

All initial and renewal applications and applicable fees are submitted to the Division through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) using the Company Form (MU1 Form) for the principal office.

Important Dates:

• Audited Financial Statements must be submitted through NMLS within 90 days of the company's fiscal year end.
• Renewal Period: November 1-December 31
• License Expires December 31
• 2nd Quarter of each year CPA Assessment is due
• September 30 of each year Attorney General Assessment Fee is due
